📅 APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. No deposit = no booking, babe.

• Appointments are not officially confirmed until your deposit is received.

• Please arrive on time and with a clean, makeup-free face ready to be slayed.

💸 DEPOSITS & PAYMENT POLICY

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and goes toward your total balance.

• The remaining balance is due immediately after services are completed.

• I accept Cash / CashApp / Zelle / Venmo / Card.

✈️ TRAVEL & LOCATION FEES

• Travel within 25 miles of McLean, VA is included.

• A travel fee of $5 per mile applies beyond that.

• Any parking fees, valet charges, tolls, or hotel fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client and will be added to your total.

⏰ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.

• Rescheduling is allowed one time with at least 72 hours’ notice — based on availability. Deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.

💄 CLIENT PREP

• Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free, and moisturized face.

• Any facial waxing, brow grooming, or exfoliating should be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• If you arrive with leftover makeup or dirty lashes, an additional $10 cleaning fee may apply.

👑 LIABILITY & HEALTH

• Canvas by Cam is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or unforeseen skin conditions that may occur during or after services.

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to service.

📸 PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

• By booking with Canvas by Cam, you agree to allow photos and/or videos of your finished makeup look to be taken and used for my portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

• To ensure a smooth, on-time experience, please limit guests at your appointment unless previously approved.
